August 29, 2009 thru November 20, 2009.. Just $575 per week

Thanksgiving week........................................   $700 per week

November 28, 2009 thru April 23, 2010........ $975 per week

Rentals run Saturday check in 4PM thru Saturday check out 10AM.

Rental rates quoted do not include room tax (5% local and 6% State) or a one  time cleaning fee of $75. 

*** Please contact us for availability and the total cost of your 
       vacation rental. Remember the security deposit varies and is refundable      provided there is no damage or loss during your stay.

*Holiday weeks (4th of July, Labor Day) add $75 to above rate.
$200 to $400 Security /Reservation Deposit required with all
reservations.

Your initial reservation deposit become your security deposit during your stay !!!
Locally owned and managed- Sat check in/out at our home on Ft. Myers

4PM Check-in. 10AM Check out. Late check out subject to additional
fee.

Please add Florida and local room tax of 11% & $75 one time cleaning

Reservation request must include names and ages of all tenants.

advance written permission by ownership. Violation of minimum age requirement, sub leasing, leasing using false or misleading
information, substitution of tenants or additional tenants will
result in immediate loss of rental accommidations including security deposit prior to or during rental period. Owners will not be held resonsible for tenant(s) loss to to owner policy violations, condominium association violations or
personal property loss and /or injury while on the property.
