sunrise to sunset from your paradise in the sky!! Wake up to the
sunrise and enjoy the sunset all from your suite. The Ft. Myers
Beach cresent beach shape and the position of our unit provides the
truely best views available in the complex both day and night.

During your vacation we invite you to enjoy our brand new mahagony
Maui beach house bedroom set with it's dreamy canopy king sized bed
while it sits atop fine Italian tile flooring
throughout..................... you'll never want to leave.
While in the suite let the solid chestnut kitchen cabinets and
gorgeous black granite counter top, glass top stove and dishwasher
make you feel like your in heaven. It's the vacation you've always
wanted at prices so low you can afford the Golf, Boat rentals and
numerous resturants just a walk across the street!!

Seven miles of white, sugar sand beach just out the door. King size bed and queen size sleeper sofa (Suite sleeps up to 4), 
Air Conditioning, 40' flat screen TV with cable. Full Kitchen with Pantry, Microwave,  Dishwasher, Full Size refrigerator with automatic ice maker, Glass top Convection Range, All necessary cooking utensils, Coffee Pot w/wake up timer, Blender, Toaster,
Clock Radio, Private Pool, 4 Clay Tennis courts, Shuffle Board, , BBQ grills, bicycle storage and laundry facilities.,
Across the street you'll enjoy a public golf course, full service
marina with boat rentals, ice cream parlor, sports bar, outdoor
waterfront bar and resturant, three additional resturants, Italian
Deli, beautiful shops, CVS drug store, 7-11, Wachovia Bank. A Beach
Trolley picks you up while you leave your car behind. Travel to
the "Times Square" area at the north end of the beach or anywhere
inbetween.

Rental rates quoted are based on Saturday thru Saturday rental period.
Check in at 4 PM Check out 10 AM at our home on FT. Myers Beach.

April 13 2013 thru June 8,2013...............$675 per week

June 8, 2013 thru Aug. 17, 2013.............$490 per week

August 17 thru Nov.23, 2013..................$550 per week

Nov.23thru Dec.28 2013........................$650 per week

Dec.28, 2013 thru April 12, 2014.............$890 per week

Rates subject to change so book now and lock in your rate.

Rentals run Saturday check in 4PM thru Saturday check out 10AM.

Rental rates quoted do not include a one  time cleaning fee of $75.

       vacation rental. Remember the security deposit varies and is refundable      provided there is no damage or loss during your stay.

 $300 Security /Reservation Deposit required with all
reservations.

Your initial reservation deposit become your security deposit during your stay !!!

4PM Check-in. 10AM Check out. Late check out subject to additional
fee.

Please add Florida and local room tax of 11% & $75 one time cleaning
fee

Photo ID required for check-in. No Exceptions.

Reservation request must include names and ages of all tenants.

advance written permission by ownership. Violation of minimum age requirement, sub leasing, leasing using false or misleading
information, substitution of tenants or additional tenants will
result in immediate loss of rental accommidations including security deposit prior to or during rental period. Owners will not be held responsible for tenant(s) loss due to owner policy violations, condominium association violations or
personal property loss and /or injury while on the property.
