Vacation Rental Rates

The Rental Rate for the first 14 days is between $2,700 and $3,375, depending on the season and  
demand. 
 
Please add to all quoted Rental Rates the costs for cleaning every two weeks ($120 each) and/or  
$160 for the end term cleaning.  
 
Additional cleaning can be arranged at a cost of $120. 
 
There are no further costs. Thus the rent includes taxes and all utilities, i.e. electricity, gas,  
water, local phone calls, internet. 
 
50% of the rent plus a damage deposit of $500 must be paid to secure the reservation. The remaining  
50% are due 4 weeks prior to the rental start date. The deposit will be paid back typically within  
1 week after the rental end date. 
 
The rental fee, excluding deposit, will not be returned if the rental is canceled, unless the  
property is leased to another party for that period and price. 
 
Please consider the following conditions before applying: 
 
   - The minimum period for the lease is 2 weeks. 
   - Maximum occupancy of the unit is 2 people. 
   - The unit is designated as non-smoking. 
   - No pets are allowed into the complex.
