Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful location! Located on the beach of Ft.Myers Beach. Just 
bring your clothes and be ready to rest your tired feet in the white 
sand. Our condo was just remodeled in soft yellows and light green 
colors. It is has two bedrooms and two baths with a queen bed in the 
master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom.
The lani (screened porch) overlooks the palm tree grounds with the 
pool at a distance. Both bedrooms have sliding doors onto the lani.
There is a full size kitchen with new appliances and a washer/dryer 
located in the utility room.
The unit is located on the second floor with elevator and stairway 
access. We are within walking distance to great 
restaurants,shopping,theater and a marina.
No pets or smoking allowed in the condo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo has a full sized kitchen with all appliances and utensils 
just like home. Full sized laundry room with new washer and dryer.
All bedding and linens are there for your selection. Both bathrooms 
have tub and showers.
We have a designated parking space and guest parking just steps from 
the front door.

Activities and Attractions

Beach just steps away with jet skis, parasailing or just relaxing on 
the beach. Theater and various other types of entertainment are in 
walking distance.

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly rental "out of season" (May-November)$4,000.00 per month

Monthly rental "in season" (December-April) $4,300.00 per month
