beach ,restaurants ,shopping ,pier,supermarket,spas boutiques  tennis 
court ,volleyball ct,church, childrens playground,etc.No car needed 
here ,can walk to everywhere.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All 1 bedroom units are ceramic tiled,king size beds in brdrooms ,2 
tv's sofa  
dinette ,fully equipped kitchen ,microwave coffeemaker ,toaster,stove 
fridge,dishes.Coin operated washer & Dryer in back of bldg.Lovely 
courtyard  for outdoor fun.2 bedroom 2 bath unit has 2 queen size 
beds,dishwasher, coffeemaker ,toaster ,stove, fridge,dishes  leather 
sleepersofa in living room,dinette ,stone wall unit with 35 inch 
tv.All ceramic tiled.3tv's in the 2 bedroom unit.One bath with tub 
the other with shower.

Activities and Attractions

The Ft.Lauderdale airport is about 25 minutes away.Plenty of golf  
courses close by.Walk to beach,tennis court ,basketball 
court,church,  shopping ,pier ,supermarket,nightlife,string of pubs & 
restaurants &outdoor cafe's.

Winter Rates  1bedroom  $100 per day $2000 a month  2 bedroom $150 
per day

electric ,cable ,high speed internet included.Summer rates May 1st to 
November, 1 bedroom 
$1200 month  or 2 berdoom $1800 a month.$500 refundable security
