Paradise on the Beach in Chuburna

This magnificent house located directly on the beach, in Chuburna, a short distance from Chelem and the port of Progreso, has two spacious bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, one with bathtub, airconditioning in master bedroom, American T.V., Internet, a beautiful, large swimming pool, covered terrace with bar beside pool, another terrace overlooking  a lovely garden, private parking for 4 cars, a well equipped kitchen features a center island with stools. There is maid service available and a couple on site, in a separate casita, to oversee any maintenance, etc, which may be required. This house offers everything one could ask for on holiday. The view from the pool, overlooking the white sandy beach and blue water of the Gulf, is truly beautiful.

Located in the village of Chuburna, west of the Port of Progreso and 30 minutes away from the Colonial City of Merida. This house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equiped kitchen with fridge and stove, filtered swiming pool, front and back covered terraces. This is truly a gem of a beach house that allows you to get away from it all. Sit on the lovely terrace, overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico, and listen to the waves breaking gently on the white sandy beach while pelicans dive into the surf for fish. Serene and tranquil.

The villages of Chelem and Chuburna are less than five minutes drive away. Enjoy the small town life where locals gather at the town square. The Port of Progreso is 15 minutes away where you will find the best seafood that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. There are many excellent restaurants and several supermarkets.

Enjoy a pleasant drive from Chuburna, along the Gulf highway, right through to Dsilam de Bravo, a lovely fishing village, passing through a number of quaint, small villages, on the way. Stop at Uaymitun, and view the flamingoes feeding in the lagoons, situated on the opposite side of the road, from the Gulf.

The colonial city of Merida is just 30 minutes away with its top class restaurants, cultural activities, art galleries, museums, great shopping at numerous large shopping centers, and  movie theatres. The choices are endless, the Yucatan has so much to offer. Go back a thousand years and visit the numerous Mayan ruins, that encircle Merida, and come back to the present to enjoy a sumptuous Yucatecan/European/Mexican meal in Merida.
