Weekly $570 to $850 limited to 4 people  *additional person is $25 per wk*

Monthly:
1 to 2 months rental $1750.00 per month
3 to 6 months rental $1450.00 per month

*Limited to 4 people ; additional person is $50 per month*

*Our rentals include electric, water and cable*

One-time Departure cleaning fee of $60.00 USD on stays of 1 week or longer

Security Deposit applies as follow: Daily $100, Wkly $300 & Monthly $600

There is an applicable hotel tax of 11% that will be added to rental.

Payment and security deposit may be done by Credit Card, Money Order
or Cashier’s Check is accepted.
