the Gulf beaches. Southbay by the Gulf, is a community of privately
owned townhomes. Just park in your parking spot in front of the condo
and walk a few feet to your door and avoid all those High-Rise
Headaches, no elevators, no roads to cross, no lobbies, no high
balconies!

Available on site are: Swimming pools, kiddy pool, and two lighted
tennis courts, lake with fish and turtles.
My spacious lakeside 1300 square foot homes are beautifully decorated.
Central Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, microwave, full-size washer and
dryer, ceiling fans, TVs, VCR, DVDs, private patios are but a few of
the amenities to make it feel just like home. Walk to beach. Bring
plenty of Beach Towels.
Master Bedrooms are artistically decorated, having Queen bed, TV
phones, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets, plenty of linens, and
private baths. Other bedrooms are equally pretty with full-size and
twin beds with their own bath, too. Go out and enjoy Destin's
wonderful restaurants or shopping at the marvelous Silver Sands Outlet
Mall.
Stroll the beautiful grounds and enjoy tennis, shuffleboard, or feed
the ducks and turtles in our 5 acre freshwater lake. Fish at your
leisure and enjoy the beautiful Sunset on Destin's magnificent emerald
waters.
