in a casually elegant style. One might think Martha Stewart lived here! The upscale ranch home
features a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and granite counters,
washer & dryer, 3 televisions, DVD player, large deck, covered patio, and 2 outdoor grills, propane
and charcoal. Its able to accomodate up to 8 guests, with 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, and one Queen-
size sleeper sofa.
The Gulf Coast offers everything you want in a vacation! Located at 103 16th Ave, off Gulf Blvd.,
just 500 feet from the sandy white beaches in a quiet, upsccale beachside community, a short distance
from great restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, pier fishing, as well as night life and
entertainment.

Buccaneer football at Raymond James Stadium, or NFL hockey at the Ice Palace. Greyhound and Horse
racing is also available during season.
Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium are also located only 30-40 minutes away. The
Disney parks, Universal Studio, and Seaworld, a 90 minute drive.

One-time cleaning fee of $75 for 2 people; 3 or more: $10 additional per person
