Vacation Rental Description

The Sea Turtle is nestled in a quiet and residential neighborhood, conveniently located in the heart  
of Madeira Beach within blocks of the Tom Stuart Causeway and a short walk to the sunny Gulf shores.  
The location is as convenient as a vacation getaway gets. Just a few short blocks to the south you  
will find world-famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, featuring many fine restaurants, shops,  
fishing charters and cruises.  
 
Plenty of dining and nightlife is nearby... enjoy dining, dancing and drinks at the Daiquiri Deck;  
and not far away is the Bamboo Beer Gardens, a favorite hangout for snowbirds who flock here from  
all corners of the globe. Dockside Dave's has the best grouper sandwich on the islands, and you can  
listen to lively Caribbean rhythms over a fine meal at Scully's Hut at John's Pass.  
 
Along this stretch of beach youll find numerous boats for hire in the marina that you can charter to  
take you out to catch the big one, or drop a line in the water from one of the fishing docks  
alongside the Tom Stuart Causeway bridge. Up and down the beach you will find refreshment centers,  
restrooms, volleyball nets, outdoor activities such as parasailing, and where numerous special  
events are held throughout the year. 
 
Two well-appointed one-bedroom one-bath units sit side-by-side in this duplex, near the end of one  
of the quietest streets in the area. In the backyard is a gas barbeque and patio table with chairs  
to make a great spot to have your outdoor meals. Both units have their own covered front porch for  
relaxing outdoors.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Both units are well decorated and provided with all the comforts and accoutrements you expect in  
your home away from home. Enjoy a full and functional kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave,  
coffee maker, toaster, and stove with oven. Each bedroom features two full sized beds and dressers,  
so unpack and feel right at home! Each unit also features air conditioning, cable and VCR or DVD  
player, as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room for unexpected guests or larger families.  
Linens and towels are included.

Activities and Attractions

Boating, jetskiing, beaching, parasailing, shopping, dolphin-watching, excellent dining and  
nightlife at nearby John's Pass. Try the black-n-blue burger (blackened with bleu cheese crumbles)  
and sweet-potato fries at the Dacquiri Deck. At the end of our street is Dockside Dave's, who makes  
one of the greatest grouper sandwiches around. Try Hubbard's Sunset Cruise to tour the Boca Ciega  
Bay and watch the sunset over the Gulf... and during the trip your BEER IS FREE! YAY!

PAYMENT: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. You will be charged 50% upon confirmation  
and 50% upon arrival. We collect 12% for state and local taxes, a $50 one-time cleaning fee and a  
pet fee, if applicable (see PET POLICY AND FEES below).  
LONG-TERM VISITORS: Visitors staying with us for 6 months or more with a signed lease qualify for a  
substantial discount off the monthly rates and are exempt from 12% state and local taxes. Contact  
the property owner directly for more details.  
CANCELLATIONS: Should you cancel your stay with us, your payment (less a $75 cancellation fee) will  
be refunded only for the period of time that we are able to rebook to other visitors. Please  
purchase trip insurance if there is a chance you will have to cancel.  
PET POLICIES AND FEES: Well-behaved pets are welcome subject to prior approval. Once approved, the  
pet fee is $50 per pet. Certain pets (like goldfish) stay FREE! Please be considerate of other  
visitors and always clean up behind your pet. Do not let your pet roam free, nor leave it locked in  
the room all day. (Thanks!)  
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted indoors; comfortable outdoor areas are provided for your smoking  
pleasure. Please use the ashtrays provided.
