Turn of the Century (1905) Cottage 1/2 Mile to Beach in Ogunquit

This charming cottage was built in 1905, and while retaining many of the orignal featuers, it has been updated with modern comforts such as central air conditioning, wireless internet, 2 full baths, energy-efficient laundry center, etc. This is a low allergen environment, with all tile or wood floors.  The master is on the 2nd floor and features a comfortable desk/work station for those who just can't stay on vacation.  Centrally located on the edge of the downtown, one can walk to the beach, the shops, the restaurants, the Playhouse (live theatre), etc. Ample room to park, store bikes, kayak(s), etc. on-site.  Located on Main Street (which is Rt. 1, here in Ogunquit), with a 25 mph speed limit.

4 Bedrooms, private cottage with excellent parking and well located near restaurants, theatre (live and movie), and only 1/2 mile to Ogunquit Beach. This cottage features all hardwood floors, central air, central heat, cable, wireless and digital telephone.  New laundry, separate dining room, very light and bright.  Two bedrooms on 1st floor and 2 on 2nd.  Bath on each floor; first floor has a shower, in the the original clawfoot tub.

Enjoy excellent golf at nearby Cape Neddick Country Club; go for a whale-sighting day trip or deep sea fishing excursion out of Perkins Cove, or spend days at beautiful Ogunquit Beach. Your stay should also include taking in a live performance at the Ogunquit Playhouse, also known as Broadway at the Beach. We can provide all the bed linens and/or towels for a small additional fee, if desired.  Discount of 10% for multiple weeks.  Any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask or call me.  In Season (July, August to mid-Sept.) rentals are a minimum of 7 days (Sat. to Sat.)  An acceptable pet must be pre-approved. We do collect a security deposit and rates do not include any applicable taxes.
