It is located on the ground floor of a 12 unit condominium, 200 yards from the beach in the north end of Fort Lauderdale. The lovely condominium is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing, and close to all the restaurants and bars, perfect for fun times. A nearby public
park has tennis courts, children play area, bocce courts, soccer fields, basketball courts and a walking trail. Within walking distance you will find the entertaining and pristine Lauderdale Beach, a supermarket, a sporting center and a gym -- you won't need a
car!
