Vacation Rental Description

Nearly new luxury condo directly on beautiful beach in Hallandale,
Florida.  Hallandale is halfway between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. 
It's minutes from Hollywood, a charming and interesting town loaded
with restaurants.  It's also minutes from the Hollywood Broadwalk, an
historic beachfront area with restaurants and shops.  It's a great
area, with world-class shopping (Aventura, Bal Harbor, Sawgrass), and
if you like the outdoors, it's not far from The Everglades and other
great parks and outdoor activities.

The condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath split design located on the 3rd floor.
 There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the
second bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. 
There is a large washer and dryer in the unit.  The kitchen is
upscale, with Poggenpohn cabinetry, granite counters, a ceramic top
range, and a large double door refrigerator with water and ice
dispenser.  The bathrooms have marble vanities.  The master bath has
tiled stall shower and the second bathroom has a large bathrub/shower.
 There is a nice view of the ocean from the terrace.  The condo is
fully furnished, including everything you need in the kitchen. 
Furnishings include custom made leather sleeper-sofa and matching
loveseat, leather recliner, DVD, VCR, and contemporary lighting.  The
living room TV is a new Sony high quality (XBR) 40".

Vacation Rental Amenities

The lobby of the 2080 condo is upscale in marble and stone.  The condo
community offers an business center with computer and also wireless
and plug-in access.  2080 has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court,
and fitness center with direct views of the ocean.  The building also
has 24-hour security, valet parking, and an underground parking garage.

Nearby shopping (Aventura, Sawgrass, Bal Harbor), Gulfstream Park
(racing and casino), Mardi Gras casino, downtown Hollywood, Ft.
Lauderdale, South Beach, The Everglades.
