Relax in the mountains in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home with 
views. Located in the beautiful and scenic Maggie Valley / 
Waynesville Smoky Mountains area in North Carolina. Offering 
vacation 
relaxation and fun for everyone in our beautiful home with year 
round 
access and all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautifully wooded 
and 
serene setting as well as the magnificent mountain views. Take 
beautiful walks / hikes on the mountain and enjoy nature at its best.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator, microwave, 
cookware, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot with filters, 
tea pot, and dining area. Other amenities include laundry room, 
alarm 
clock, calendar, corkscrew, telephone, snow sled, etc.

Beautiful interior décor exhibiting yellow pine throughout the 
house. 
Plenty of heating to include a gas fireplace, baseboard heaters. 
Master bedroom has a queen bed w/ private bathroom, second bedroom 
has a queen bed, third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The sleeper sofa 
folds out into a comfortable double bed. The entertainment unit 
exhibits a 19" Satellite TV / VCR to enjoy your movies or reviewing 
your 
camcorder shots.

All you will need to bring: Clothing, Food, Paper Products and 
Toiletries.

If snow skiing is on your agenda, Cataloochee Ski Resort is less 
than 
4 miles away (Shuttle bus available at Ghost Town).

and 
ski resort), Carolina Nights (dinner theater), Thunder Ridge (live

Prix (rides for children), fishing stream and trout ponds, 
championship golf and miniature golf, hiking, horseback riding, arts 
& crafts and specialty shops, snow skiing, Great Smoky Mountain

Cancellation Policy: 30+ days notice = 100% refund
                     15-30 days notice = 50% refund rent
                     15-30 days notice = no deposit refund
                     Less than 15 days = no refund (deposit or rent)
