Spend your valuable vacation time in a tropical paradise. This
property has it all. The living quarters are on the second story
decorated with top of the line decor. Designer kitchen and
bathrooms with stainless steel and granite throughout. There are 2
bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with a queen size
bed. As you can see in the pictures there is a large couch in the
living room that has a pull out bed that can sleep an additional 2
people. If you are bringing children, two more can still sleep on
the other ends of the couch. Sleeping a total of up to 8.
Downstairs is a large Hangar for storage of your vehicle and boat
trailer. Private fenced Back yard with pool off of canal. Plenty
of room to dock your boat or you can just fish in the canal. Canal
is circulating.
Summerland Key has the cleanest and clearest canal in the keys. You
can search for lobsters in the canal (with license & during lobster
season) and find plenty!

Located on mile marker 25 in Summerland Key Cove Airport community.
Look out the front and you can watch many small aircraft take off
and land during the day. The airport is only open to registered
owners in Summerland Key Cove airport. Only small aircraft that fly
in and out. Alot of fun to watch!
Look out the back and enjoy the view of the canal. Sit in the cozy
chairs on the screened patio and you can even see a portion of the
ocean. It is extremely relaxing to stay in this home.
Summerland is located 1/2 way between Marathon Key and Key West.
You have the best of both worlds in this location. Lots of charter
boats, dive & snorkeling trips, restaurants and beaches to enjoy.

We have a book in the home that guests write in their favorite
restaurants, attractions, and beaches. You can either plan your
vacation ahead of time or when you get there.

$2000 per Week
$5000 per Month
1,000 Security Deposit is required to secure reservation. Deposit
is FULLY REFUNDABLE for cancellation up to 30 days in advance of
specified occupancy date.
Full Payment is required 30 days prior to occupancy and is non
refundable.
Monroe County requires a 28 day minimum rental. You
will be required to sign a 28 day lease and will only be charged for
actual time used as stated on your lease agreement.
11.5% state and tourist tax on rent and cleaning fee.
There is a $150.00 cleaning charge for cleaning in addition to
rental fee. Utility charges
incurred in excess of $100.00 will be charged and are deductible
from security deposit.
