beautiful Slate Tiled Bathroom with a Doublehead Shower. This house has the feel of Old Mexico with 
a Flair. There is also an Outdoor Shower with hot and cold water. An Enclosed Back Porch with Slate 
Floors. A huge back yard to BBQ, sit, relax, and enjoy the Peaceful Ocean Breeze. This is one of 
those houses you will want to just hang out after a day at the quiet beach. There is no cable or 
wireless internet here, by choice. We use this house to get away from all of the Hussel and Bussel

Vacation Rental Rates

$750 - $1200 US Dollars is the Weekly Rate depending on Season. No long term rentals. Security 
deposit of $400 will be collected 2 weeks before check-in date. Tax collected will be 13.5% and a 
Cleaning Fee of $75 in addition to the Weekly Rate. Rates will Increase for Holidays, Special
