Beautiful, well-maintained, 2-story villa located in a secluded,
private community. Large rear deck overlooking the 18th tee of the
famous Robert Trent Jones golf course. A pool that is for the
exclusive use of Water Oak Villa owners & guests is only a few steps
away from the villa. For beachcombers, a private beach is only a
short 5-7 minute walk away.

**My family stayed at 1 Water Oak Villa over
Easter vacation 2007. We found the villa was very roomy for our
family of seven. The kitchen was well stocked to serve our needs.
All the appliances were modern and fully functional. The bedrooms
had very large closets and comfortable beds. The overall condition
of the unit was excellent. We especially appreciated the beach
accessories and adult bikes that were available for our use during
our stay. Being an end unit, it seemed more private than perhaps
the other units. The large patio doors provided excellent views of
the golf course and outside landscaping. Beach access was very easy -
only 3 minutes by bike, a bit over 5 minutes by foot. The overall
complex was very nicely landscaped and quiet. We enjoyed
our stay at 1 Water Oak, would recommend it to others, and found it
to be an excellent value to any family, large or small. We will
most likely return in the future. ***

$250 security deposit due within 7 days to secure booking. Villa
will be inspected for damage and/or loss and deposit of $250 will be
returned within 10 days of departure barring any damage or loss.
Half of the rent is due 30 days after booking. Balance due 30 days
