Bay-front, ground floor, end unit in small, 39-unit gulf to bay complex. Views of Lemon Bay and the Intracoastal directly from the living room, dining room, or patio. Boat docks (available at no additional charge) located immediately outside this unit on the bay with direct boating access to the Gulf through Stump Pass. A pool (heated in winter) is available for your enjoyment. The gulf side of this complex offers direct access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and its sandy beaches and glorious sunsets.
The fishing in Lemon Bay is legendary - trout, snook, sheepshead, redfish, bluefish and flounder have all been caught from the docks. There is a granite top fish-cleaning station with water located at the docks.
Watch the dolphins and manatees in the bay. Enjoy the soaring birds such as osprey, bald eagles, gulls, pelicans, herons and egrets.

Sorry - NO PETS - Condo association does not allow guests to bring pets.

From the moment we walked into this condo, it felt like a home. The up to date kitchen appliances and every day kitchen essentials were a big plus. The property was well maintained and extremely clean. When exiting through the back porch, we were greeted by the lovely Lemon Bay. Manatees actually came to our dock within petting range, some had their calves; fish life was abundant and bait and tackle shops were close by. Restaurants and specialty stores are also within walking distance. If you want to see the sunset, the beach across from the property is an excellent amentity and breathtaking for all ages. I would recommend this condo for anyone seeking an enjoyable get away from the big city crowds and traffic, or a simple escape to regroup and enjoy some beautiful nature at Lemon Bay.

Have you ever wished you could go somewhere and leave all your troubles behind? Well, then, this is the place! If you’re feeling like you need some quiet time, then relax on the back patio and get lost in the gorgeous water views, or check out the manatees up close and personal from your own private dock. When you think it can’t possibly get any prettier or more peaceful, watch in wonder as the dolphins shimmer and play out in the bay.

Take a short walk to the gulf side of the property, where you can relax on the beach or wander along discovering shells and other sea treasures, or you can let your eyes follow the horizon to beautiful sunsets. Prefer fresh water swimming? Take a dip in the sparkling blue pool, (which is only steps away from the condo), or soak up some sun as you lounge away the day.

Of course, if fishing is your passion, then you'll love it here. Dock your boat within feet of your back patio, making it super easy to jump on board and go for a relaxing evening boat ride. The next day, make it an all-day fishing expedition in the gulf. If you prefer hours of quiet fishing within reach of the amenities of home, then spend the evening fishing from your own private dock, where you're sure to catch all kinds of fish. There's even a fish cleaning station provided for you at the dock.

Fantastic place. My family loved our stay here. It was well appointed, clean and well organized. Easily slept 7 ( 2 adults and 5 children) The view of Lemon Bay was outstanding! The location was very convenient with just a short drive for groceries and such. Easy to reach the beach which was a short walk away.The intracoastal was easy to navigate by boat, easy to find placed to fish and to access beaches unreachable by car. We are looking forward to returning. Thank You Sandra for making our vacation wonderful!
