Biancocigno in Venice

We rent a cosy self-contained mini-apartment with private entrance
and private bathroom, the owner - myself - leave next to the
apartment in another apartment.
The unit is fully furnished in a contemporary style and located in
an antique, recently restored building.

We believe our charming apartment is actually quite a unique
solution in Treviso, half way between Venice and Cortina…

Biancocigno is is the starting place to get to know one of the most
beautiful areas of Italy.

Away from the usual over-run tourist traps this property is located
in a beautiful small medieaval town encircled by the ancient city
walls and with a population of around 80,000.
Treviso has frequent rail and coach connections from Venice. The
train is faster, taking half an hour from Venice's Santa Lucia
station, and it's cheap too, about €2.20 each way.

The central railway station is only a few steps away from the unit (
within 10 minutes walk ) .

The apartment is equipped with a complete kitchen ( dishwasher,
microwave oven, gas hob, refrigerator included ) , this allows the
guest to enjoy his/her breakfast and main meals in complete freedom
and privacy.

The apartment is conveniently located inside the medieval walls in
the centre of the city and it is close to everything downtown: 2
minutes walk to shops, boutiques, the fish market - Pescheria -
where you can buy fresh fish from Venezia everyday , museums,
churches - Sant Agostino church for example is in front of the
building, the Sile river park, the walls – ideal place for a walking.

Also the best ICE CREAM shop of Treviso is under one minute walk,
one of the best COFFEE shops in Italy ( Kiribiri) is also within
steps from the apartment and a fantastic Napoletan PIZZERIA is 10
metres away from the entrance of the building.

The town centre where the apartment is located is a rambling maze of
streets and waterways lined with arcaded walkways. Looking up,
you'll see fragments of the painted frescoes which once decorated
Treviso's houses.

It is also a quick drive to the International Airport of treviso (
10-15 minutes ) and half an hour to
Venezia Marco Polo International Airport.

Weekly rates in Euro: 450 - 670 euros

Gas and electricity, bed and bath linen as well as
cleaning ( once per week ) are included.

Extra maid service on request.

We request a booking deposit at reservation of 300 euro. Full
payment must be done 30 days before arrival.

Check-in takes place after 12 p.m. - Check-out is by 10.30 a.m.,
but other arrangements may be made.

We accept only no smokers.

Special offers will be done in some periods of the year or in case
of a long stay.
