Vacation Rental Description

   Casa Lagartija is a beautiful new house in the hills with great
views of the jungle everywhere, and ocean views from the upstairs and
large roof terrace, which is available to both units.  It can be
rented as a single home or the two floors may be rented separately. 
There is a private pool in the fenced backyard.
   The downstairs has one queen bedroom and 1.5 baths while the
upstairs has two queen bedrooms and two large bathrooms.
   The neighborhood is quiet but it's only a short walk down a small
hill to the center of town.  
   The house has 3 entry doors with locks, one of which is shared so
both units can be combined seamlessly but separately are completely
private.  The laundry and stairs to the roof terrace are behind the 
common entry door, so they are secure but shared.  
   Both units have large living rooms with accordion doors that open
wide to the terrace for unrestricted views and fresh breezes.
   Each bedroom has accordion doors that open out onto private small
covered balconies and also have powerful and quiet mini-split air
conditioners.  The bedrooms all have private doors to the bathrooms, 2
of which are private master baths.
