boathouse sits in a quiet cove that opens into the heart of the Seneca River and Lake Hartwell.  
Concrete steps to lake (no muddy dirt path). Excellent calm water to Boat, Ski, Fish, Explore or  
Relax. Pet friendly (call 1st) with doggy door and fenced yard. Located just 2 mi. off I-85 so  
access and cell service is not a problem. Many quaint shopping areas are close by. Close to some  
awesome sightseeing including Mountains, Waterfalls and State Parks. Excellent Hiking and White 
Water Rafting nearby. This truly is the place to 'Get Away From It All'. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Includes all linens, bath towels. Fully supplied kitchen with all dishes, utencils and appliances  
including toaster, blender etc. Rooms are tastfully decorated and very comfortable. Quality  
furniture and mattresses. Home is located at the end of the street (no car traffic) and boat ramp is  
right in the neighborhood for easy launching. Covered boathouse for your boat or toys.

May thru Sept. $1500 per week. Multi-week discounts available 
Oct thru April $1000 per week.  
SC tax of 10% and cleaning fee $150 not included 
Pet fee of $20 per night per animal with prior approval (small pets only)
