dollar pent house next door.You want a picture perfect view check out this view from your king size 
bed,over looking the ocean.You want choices eat inside with an ocean view or eat outside with an 
ocean view,this places middle name is ocean view.This Pent House sits on top of a 30 unit 2 story 
building.You have security access to get into the building and a private stairway leading to your 
Pent House.Bring your tooth brush,bathing suit,and dancing shoes and let the fun begin.Don't forget 
the floats and the beach chairs for you free with your stay.

Tv with cable and a Theater Logic surround sound system with am/fm tuner for your listening pleasure.
Fully equipped kitchen,king size bed,!WI FI! Internet available!
one pull out couch,and a futon and another couch you can sleep 2-7 people easy.Outside you have 
lounge 
chairs,place to eat and plenty of room to relax in the sun.Bathroom has tub and shower and 
sink.French doors lead out to the 18 feet by 28 feet balcony looking over Casablanca Resturant where 
you can hear live music from your private balcony.The best people watching spot from inside and 
out.This Pent House can hold 
50 people apon request for weddings partys what ever event your planning prices change from event to 
event talk to the owner for more details.Transportation from both Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports 
available for a fee call Fort Lauderdale Shuttle.Almost forgot you can see cruiseships leaving from 
the inlet any day of the week from my pent house.

Just walk down the stairs and you have !SEBASTIAN BEACH! the Casablanca Cafe and right across the 
street you have wave 
runners to rent.Big  play area for the kids something for the whole family to enjoy and much
more.Next door you have 5 different places you can eat with an ocean view .Right on the corner is 
the famous Elbow Room and the begining of Las Olas Blvd 1 mile down are more shops food and fun on 
the main strip of Las Olas.Not to far down from that is River Front with more fine dineing and 
shopping with a 18 screen movie theater.This 
Pent House is located 15 min from airport and 30 min from one of the biggest outlet mall in the 
world.
