A short, 1/2 block walk to the beach, the Dormie House is an 1850 sf cottage in an established
neighborhood, nestled away from busy streets, providing a quiet, restful retreat. This is a smoke-free property, all on one level and just a step up from the grassy lawn.
Three bedrooms provide sleeping for up to six with one Queen and two pairs of single beds (there are linens to turn one pair into a king-size bed). One bath has twin lavatories and shower, the other has a single lav and shower over tub. Large living room for conversation, TV, card playing or puzzles. The enclosed porch is perfect for "sundowners" and casual meals. Separate dining room.
