Our home sits within the gated community of Oceanside Village that provides 24 hour security.
There is No Smoking or Pets in our home.
For a more pleasent stay we encourage you to inquire at the front office
for a beach front parking validation. Golf cart distance to the beach.

The view is from the front door looking in. The living room's front wall is lined with
windows to 'shed light onto your vacation'.
The beach themed decor invites you to 'sit back, relax & enjoy'
the beach lifestyle of our home. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa and connects to the master bath and the eat-kitchen area.

The Master bedroom is reminiscent of tropical sunsets and seaside breezes. It includes a queen size bed, dresser, armoire and alarm clock. It connects to the master bath that closets the full size washer & dryer.
 

Bedroom 1 is peaceful & serene with the all white furniture and a splash of color.
It includes a queen sized bed, dresser, vanity and alarm clock.

Bedroom 2 embodies the life and leisure of vacation. No trip would be complete
without trip to the tiki bar and a cocktail. The room includes a queen size bed, dresser, ample closet space, alarm clock and an actual tiki bar (bartender and spirits not included).


Bedroom 3 takes you back to the good old days of sun, fun and surf.
The woody and surf board decor takes you to days of Hawaiian shirts
and riding the waves. The room includes two twin beds, a dresser,
and an alarm clock.

Bedrooms 1-3 are located next two the house's second full bath.
Decorated in pink flamingo decor, 'Flamingo Bay' has a full sized bathtub.


The back deck has patio furniture to enjoy the evening breeze and the starlight nights.
We also encourage you to cook up fabulous vacation memories on the full size gas grill.

The outside shower has both hot and cold water.

Phone,Wi-Fi, AC, Cable TV, DVD/VCR player, collection of DVDs, full kitchen, microwave,
dishwasher,refrigerator, ice maker, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender,
kitchen utencils, pots & pans, place settings for 12, vacuum cleaner, high chair,
alarm clocks, deck, gas grill, outdoor shower, covered parking, beach
umbrella, some sand toys, games, puzzles, towels and sheets.

Just south of Myrtle Beach you are just minutes away from golf courses,
flea markets, water parks, fishing piers, theaters, resturants and ample
shopping. Numerous coupon books and advertisments for local
attractions are available at the house for your convience.

The community also provides indoor and outdoor pools as well as basketball,
volleyball, tennis courts and fishing lakes. A playground is also
located near the community center.

In Season:
May thru September.........$1400/ week (peak season)

Off Season:
October thru January.....$100/ night......$650/week......$750/month plus electricity
February thru April......................$700/week......$850/month plus electricity

Holidays, Beach & Bike Weeks: Add $100 per week

$400.00 Refundable Security Deposit


Nightly rates available upon request- may not be available during peak season.
Half of the rental fee is due upon booking remaining balance due two weeks before arrival. Have to receive money and signed contracts before holding dates.

Cleaning fee is not included.
