Vacation Rental Description

Almost new very spacious single family ranch style home fully furnished and with incredible views overlooking  
pond and golf course to mountains.  Located inside the gates at the gorgeous Saddle Creek Resort and Country  
Club. 
 
Directions from Freeway 99 and Highway 4:  East on Highway 4 approximately forty miles to the Little John Road  
Turnoff.  Notice the brand new Town of Copperopolis built by Castle and Cooke Developer.  Keep right and  
follow the new Little John Road 4 miles to the entrance of the Resort. 
 
Saddle Creek Resort and Country Club is owned and operated by Castle and Cooke Developer.  The Golf Course  
is rated as one of the top courses in California.  Additionally, Green Horn Golf Course is located about 20  
minutes away near Angels Camp.  There is also a nice course just outside of Sonora, approximately 20-25  
minutes away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three Bedrooms and Three Baths. 
Two Master Suites and Third Bedroom has private bath nearby. 
Large Great room with Fireplace and Large Screen Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and Surround Sound. 
Both Masters have Flat Screen TVs and DVD players.

Vacation Rental Rates

January through February:      $2,500 per month. 
March through June:                $3,500 per month. 
July through September:         $2,500 per month. 
October through December:    $3,500 per month. 
 
Non-refundable cleaning charge:  $250. 
 
Refundable Security Deposit:  $3,500 
(provided no damage is done to the property.)
