Beautiful 2 bedrooms, 2 baths that can sleep up to four people.
The house is fully furnished and is on a large lot with a very 
big backyard. There are lots of citrus trees with plenty of fresh fruit.
Laundry room adjacent to the kitchen.

No pets. Non smoking.
The house is in a 55+over community- one occupant must be 55 years of age.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Can have access to four recreation centers with indoor/outdoor
swimming pools, fitness centres, tennis courts, walking tracks,
bowling lanes and much more. Seven golf courses are close by.

Activities and Attractions

Chose from a variety of sports, arts and crafts, clubs etc. Everything
is walking distance, shopping, restaurants, recreation centres,
Sundome, places of worship.

Vacation Rental Rates

January 2009 to March 2009 : $2,000.00,  monthly utilities included
December 2008 and April 2009 : $1,800.00 monthly utilities included
October 2008 to November 2008 : $1,200.00 Utilities not included
May 2008 : $1,200.00, utilities not included
June 2008 to September 2008 : $1,000.00 utilities not included

$1,000.00 refundable security deposit
$125.00 cleaning fees
