Luxury, relaxation & tranquility go hand-in-hand when you stay at our Luxurious Lakeview Penthouse 
Condo...'Tall Palms'... situated on the exclusive upscale resort 'The Isles of Cay Commons' which is 
the newest addition to the much larger & busier Vista Cay resort on Universal Boulevard, Orlando 
(Orlando's newest 5 star vacation community) This area is being hailed as Orlando's new 'Downtown' 
and with International Drive being just a block away and being situated right in the middle of 
the 'Theme Park Triangle' it's easy to see why!! 
With Gas prices continuing to rise it's another great plus for being in such a central location too!!


Our condo has beautiful views from the balcony over Lake Cay and it's where you can unwind & relax 
just watching the lovely sunsets in the evening or having breakfast whilst listening to the many 
birds and other wildlife that live in and around the lake.

This is a brand new, 3 bedroom/2 bath luxurious condo and is perfect for business travelers or for 
families, retirees, or couples looking for a great place to stay while 
enjoying their holiday.

The Master Suite has its own private bathroom and king size bed with luxury bed-set, 
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed again with upgrade bedding and Bedroom 3, has full-size twin beds 
suitable for adults as well as children. All beds have luxury pillow-
topped mattresses and each bedroom has a flat-screen HDTV. 
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom which is accessible from both rooms thus giving a greater degree of 
privacy as there is no need to leave your bedroom when you wish to use the bathroom.

There is a laundry room with a full washing machine & tumble 
dryer,ironing board etc....to ensure that you go back home with 
suitcases of CLEAN clothes!! All towels(except beach towels) & linens are of course provided and 
are a very high quality.

We have a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with upgraded countertops 
and stainless steel appliances and the kitchen looks out over the 
open plan dining/living area where there is a 42in flat-screen HDTV for 
you to enjoy.

You and your family can totally relax & unwind after a busy day spent 
at the many theme parks and attractions which Orlando has to offer!!

Cay/The Isles, for the person who loves to golf, 'Shingle Creek' 18 
hole Golf Course is right across the street and there a further 20 
courses within 10 miles.

Centrally located to all major attractions:

Sea World..........2 mile
Aquatica(Seaworld's New Water Park)...2 mile
Wet 'n Wild........3 miles
Universal Studios Theme Park.....4 miles
Harry Potter Theme Park @ Universal (due to open 2009)....4 miles

Nightly Rates   $135 to $185 per night (depending on Season)

Weekly Rates    $850 to $1250 per week (depending on Season)
 
Holiday Season: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year
 $185 nightly $1,250 weekly

        12.5% Florida Lodging & Sales Tax will apply to every booking        
        $80 cleaning fee applied to all bookings of 7 nights or less
        5 nights MINIMUM STAY
