Upstairs:  Master suite includes lakeside balcony and full bath w/ 
whirlpool tub.  Additional bedroom has a half bath.

Main Level:  Full-size kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, 
refrigerator, and all eating utensils.  Full bath and large living 
area w/ TV, DVD player, and two sofas.  Master suite w/ full bath.  
Additional bedroom w/ full-size bed.  Laundry w/ washer & dryer.

Basement:  Open area for additional sleeping or recreation.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Linens included, wireless internet, ice maker, gas grill, 
central heat and air, soft water, and ceiling fans.   No in-house 
smoking or pets.

Exquisite viewing of sunrise and full moonrise!

Vacation Rental Rates

Memorial Day - Labor Day   $205/night -- 4 night minimum
                           $1,225 week
July 4 Holiday             $225/night -- 5 night minimum
       
September - May            $175/night -- 3 night minimum
                           $1,050/week

$200 security deposit due at reservation.  Full rental and cleaning 
payment due in full 30 days prior to rental date.  Cancellation of 
rental will result in loss of security deposit unless a new renter 
can be found to fill cancelled dates.  Cleaning fee is $125.
