We are the middle unit-all on one level. Full ocean, beach and pier view.
Fully furnished and equipped. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths--master king with bathroom, double,and twins. Large deck. Living room with gas fireplace, complete kitchen, gas range. Dining room, living room, kitchen and deck look out on beach, pier and Strand.  TV in every room-3 flat screen TVs, DVDs.  Washer and dryer. Wheelchair accessible. Garage (1) and driveway (1) parking incl. Directv, High Speed Wireless Internet.  Wheelchair accessible. 

Like to rent for longer periods in the Summer. Rented by the week or month.
This is our family vacation home--it is cozy and comfortable.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our place is located a few blocks from downtown and the pier. You can walk to restaurants and shopping. There are surf and boogie board camps for kids on the beach in the summer. For volleyball events--they are right out front on the beach. Our place is among long-time neighbors and not in a rental community.

The beach is spectacular and very kid friendly.
The town is a small unique town with great restaurants and
shopping.

Bike from here to Malibu.  Walk, run, skate on The Strand.
Walk on the pier and visit the children's aquarium. Less than an hour to Disneyland, and near all other Southern California entertainment.

Winter rates $2900 per week (October 1 to March 14, except Christmas).
General rates $3500 per week (March 15 to September 30, including Christmas).  Monthly rental or longer available.  Christmas 10 day minimum.
