Oceanfront right on the Strand. Full ocean, beach and pier
view. Fully furnished and equipped. Three bedrooms--king, double,
twins--2 baths. Large deck. Living room with gas fireplace,
complete kitchen, gas range. Dining room, living room, kitchen and
deck look out on beach. High Speed Internet, cable, big
screen TV, DVDs, VHS. Just a few blocks north of the pier.
Available Thanksgiving and Christmas 2008 through New Year's 2009.
Rented by the week or month. Parking incl. This is our family
vacation home and it is cozy and comfortable. Washer and dryer.
Wheelchair accessible.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The beach is spectacular and very kid friendly.
The town is a small unique town with great restaurants and
shopping. Walk, run, bike for miles on The Strand.
Walk to great restaurants, shops and parks.
Activities and Attractions
Walk on the pier and visit the children's aquarium. Walk, run bike
on the Strand. Walk to wonderful restaurants, night spots and
unique shopping. One hour to Disneyland, and near all other
Southern California entertainment. Near Donald Trump golf course,
fishing,surfing and boating.
Vacation Rental Rates
Winter rates $3150 per week (October 1 to March 14).
General rates $3500 per week (March 15 to September 30).
June, July and August will rent by month or longer. Thanksgiving and Christmas 10 day minimum.
