Vacation Rental Rates

June thru August $1050 (USD) weekly, $150 each additional night. 
 
September thru October $1400 (USD) weekly, $200 each additional night.  
 
November thru May $1,800 weekly, $250 each additional night (USD). 
 
Christmas/New Years (December 19th thru January 6th) $300 nightly. 
 
Reservation Deposit of $500 required within 1 week of reservation  
request to hold dates you request. All remaining rental fees  
including an additional $400 Security Deposit are due within 15 days  
of reservation deposit. Fees paid are non-refundable upon cancellation  
notice received in writing for any reason, if received within 6 months of reservation start date. No  
refunds for early departure for any reason.
