Todo se localiza en una solo nivel, muy amplio, con cocina grande, atractiva decoracion, hay un bar con servibar en el area de la terraza (area abierta).  y cocina cuentan con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todas las areas. Cocina completa con refrigerador de dos puertas, estufa con 4 quemadores y horno, doble tarja para lavar los trastes, cafetera, horno de microondas, tostador (hornito), dispensador de agua (caliente o fria).

In order to accomodate the number of guests in your party, the condo is available to rent exclusively as a One (1), Two (2) or Three (3) Bedroom. Unused/Unrented bedrooms will be locked.

Special 20% Rate Discount off the rates below, for reservation dates April 25 thru November 15th.

3 Bedrooms @ $1,400 weekly, $200 add'l nights, 6 persons maximum.
2 Bedrooms @ $1050 weekly, $150 additional nights 4 persons maximum.
1 Bedroom @ $700 weekly, $100 additional nights, 2 persons maximum

A Mexican Hacienda Tax of 5% will be added to all rental rates above.

Payment is Due in US Dollars. Paypal payments received will be charged an additional 3% Paypal fee. Foreign Currency payments received will be converted to US Dollars and any costs/shortfall must be paid by guest. 

Reservation Deposit of $500 required within 1 week of reservation
request to hold dates you request. All remaining rental fees
including an additional $100 Security Deposit are due within 15 days
of reservation deposit. Rental fees paid are non-refundable upon
cancellation notice received in writing for any reason, if received within 2
months of reservation start date. No rent refunds for early departure for any reason. The Security Deposit is refundable. All refunds will be paid in US Dollars.

Las reservaciones se hacen con $500 usd y con una semana de anticipacion pra respetar los dias que eligio.

Todas las tarifas de renta incluyen $100 usd como un deposito de seguridad y expiran 15 dias despues del deposito de la reservacion.

Las tarifas depositadas no son reembolsables. La cancelacion debe hacerse por escrito y con 6 meses de anticipacion para que sean reembolsables.

No se reembolsara ninguna cantidad por salida anticipada.
