Vacation Rental Description

Regardless of your desire to ski, swim, golf, snow mobile, shop or 
dine, there is comething for eeryone at our charming four season 
vacation home with its open floor plan. Just five minutes from 
downtown WIlmington and a few more to Mt. Snow Ski Resport there are 
great golf courses with inst;ruction, lakes for swimming, fishing 
and boating and less than half a mile from the VAST snow mobile 
trails.  This comfortable home sleeps 10 with three bedrooms and two 
full baths.  A wood burning stove in the large living room adjoins 
the dining area and fully stocked kitchen.  Each bedroom has its own 
TV.  There is a 31 inch TV in the living room and all TVs have cable 
access.  Plenty of off street parking on our private level  double 
lot for privacy, near the stocked fishing/skating pond.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pull into our level driveway with room for up to six cars.  The 
house sits on a level lot with beautiful gardens and plenty of room 
for children to run.  Enjoy the outdoor deck, screened in porch and 
large gas grill.  Off to the side of the house is the woodshed, 
stocked with firewood for the wood stove.  

As you enter the house, store your coats, boots and skis in the mud 
room or large storage closet.  Once in the livingroom enjoy the wrap 
around couch and 31 inch TV with DVD player and cable access.  The 
staircase to the upper level and the wood stove are in the central 
part of the main level.  Enjoy your meals in the dining area, 
seating for eight with room for 2 more at the counter,  near the 
full size kitchen.  The kitchen comes equiped with refrigerator, gas 
stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker.  There 
is an ample supply of glassware, dishes, utensils and pots and 
pans.  A full size washer and dryer is located in the hallway near 
the full bath.  Completing the downstairs is one bedroom with a 
queen size bed.  Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a 
queen size bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds and a double 
bed.  There is another full bath on this level.  All bedrooms have 
their own TV with cable access.  

Activities and Attractions

Area attractions include a visit to Adam's Farm where they have a 
petting zoo, horsedrawn sleigh rides, afternoon tea, evening bon 
fires and much more.  Boating or beaching on Lake Whittingham is 
less than one mile from the house or Lake Raponza just a few miles 
further.  Golf on two nearby golf courses.  Snow mobiling, horseback 
and ATV rides are nearby.  Stratton or Mt. Snow skiing (where they 
have the best ski school and day care around).  Shop and dine in 
historic Wilmington, only one mile away.  Bennington and Manchester 
for shopping are both about 20 miles away.  Other local activities 
include:  antiquing, cycling, fishing, golf, horseback riding, 
mountain biking, mountaineering, sailing, skiing, swimming and 
tennis.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our weekly rate, depending on season, runs from $1450.00 to $1800.00 
per week.  Please contact us for daily, weekend, monthly and 
seasonal rates.  A minimum two day stay is required.  A 9% Vermont 
room tax will be added to all stays as well as a $75.00 service fee 
for cleaning after your stay.  A security deposit will be required 
and refunded in full after your stay providing there is no damage or 
excess utility charges.
