shopping, movie theatre and parks.
This island home is excellent for families with children; it is not
on a hazardous waterway where children can get hurt and the pool has
a removable safety fence with child proof locking system.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The kids will love their own private game room with low to the
ground cushy lounge seating, multifunctional media system, 36' TV,
DVD, Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3, games and movies.
Fully equipped kitchen, 14' X 30' heated pool, expanded lanai, kid's
den, free unlimited local and long distance telephone including
Canada (no international), wireless high speed internet, cable TV,
gas grill, 2 car garage
and more.
Master suite includes a king size bed and has a terrific view of the
lanai and pool area through French doors. Second and third bedrooms
have queen size beds; fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size
mattress on the bottom and twin size above.
Large living room includes a built in entertainment center with a
50" big screen HDTV and DVD.
