Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful townhouse located in West Ocean City. Townhouse is one and a 
half miles from the Famous Ocean  
City Boardwalk. Close to outlet shopping, restaurants and world class 
golf courses. The Marina area is  
one mile away and has charter boats and great seafood restaurants. 
 
The townhouse sits on a five acre lake close to the clubhouse. The 
location is ideal as you can have  
the best of both worlds. Close to everything but in a quiet 
neighborhood. The townhouse is only six  
years old and already has established an extended family of guest. We 
would love to have you enjoy our

Vacation Rental Amenities

This beautiful luxury Townhouse sleeps 8. The house has a large fully 
equipped kitchen. Cable TV in  
living room and all of the bedrooms, DVD, central air, washer, dryer, 
dishwasher, microwave and coffee  
maker are included.  
 
This house will make you feel like you are at home!  Master bedroom 
has a personal bath and sliding  
doors to a beautiful deck overlooking the end of the lake and the 
community pool. 
 
The lower deck is great for relaxing and has a table with 4 chair and 
an umbrella. Perfect for eating  
crabs!   

Activities and Attractions

At the clubhouse you can enjoy the indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, 
tennis courts, kids play area  
and a fitness room.  
 
Public transportation is within walking distance.  This is the bus 
that runs up and down Coastal  
Highway. The price is $2 to get to the Boardwalk and another $2 to go 
up & down Coastal Highway, for  
a 24 hr period. 
 
The house is less than 2 miles to Golf, Fishing or the Beach. Great 
for families who want to be  
minutes from the beach, but not deal with the crowds. 
 
For the nature lover Assateague Island National Seashore is just 8 mls 
away. Voted 4th best beach on  
the East Coast (2007)! Enjoy Fishing, Biking, Canoeing and the 
Relaxing Uncrowded Beaches!

Rental Are from Saturday to Saturday. 
 
Rates Per Week $1000-$1650/week (except senior week/group rentals) 
 
Now booking late summer/fall getaways!  
August & September are one of the best times at the beach.  
The crowds are down and the ocean it warm.
