Beautiful townhouse located in West Ocean City.

We are located one and a half miles from the Famous Ocean City Boardwalk. The house is located close to outlet shopping, restaurants and world class golf courses. Great seafood and charter boat fishing can be found close by in the Sunset Marina area.

The townhouse sits on a five acre lake and is close to the pool and the clubhouse. The location is perfect as you can have the best of both worlds, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The townhouse has an established extended family of guests. We would love to have you enjoy our home!

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beach home for our OC trip this year. Your home is beautiful and was the perfect location for us. My son loved fishing every morning as I enjoyed watching him while having my morning coffee from the back deck. The short trip to the beach was also a plus. The people in the community were very friendly to us during our stay. It was truly 'home away from home' for the week.

This beautiful luxury Townhouse sleeps 8.

The house has a large fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV in living room and all of the bedrooms, internet access, DVD, central air, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker are included.

This house will make you feel like you are at home! Master bedroom has a master bath & sliding doors to a beautiful deck overlooking the lake, water founatin & the community pool.
The lower deck is great for relaxing and has a table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. Perfect for eating crabs!

At the clubhouse you can enjoy the indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, kids play area and a fitness room.
Public transportation is within walking distance. This is the bus that runs up and down Coastal Highway.
The house is less than 2 miles to Golf, Fishing or the Beach. Great for families who want to be minutes from the beach, but not deal with the crowds.

For the nature lover Assateague Island National Seashore is just 8 mls
away. Voted 4th best beach on the East Coast (2007)! Enjoy Fishing, Biking, Canoeing and the Relaxing Uncrowded Beaches!

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Rates Per Week $1400-$1800 plus a fully refundable security deposit.

For groups under the age of 25 the the Rate is $2200 for the week plus a fully refundable security deposit.
