$2300/week or $350/day
Low Season - June 1st- November 14th
$1900/week or $250/day
Quoted rates include 5% county tax and 6% state tax.
All pricing is based on the US Dollar.

Reservations are not confirmed until a credit card is approved.
Price does not include departure cleaning ($200).
Longer terms are negotiable.
Minimum Stay
There is a four (4) night minimum during the high season and holiday
periods including
the summer holidays of Memorial Day, July 4 and
Labor Day.
Holiday Rates/Special Events
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, etc. and Special
Function Weekends/weeks
such as boat shows, Super Bowl, etc. are usually
20% higher depending upon length of booking
Payment Policy.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservations.
The remaining 50% is due upon prior to check-in.
Mastercard, Visa, Money Order or Wire Transfers are accepted.
We suggest that guests arrange for their own travel insurance.
Cancellation Policy.
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required,
in writing or e-mail, for a refund of a deposit.
A 90-day notice of cancellation is required, in writing
or e-mail, for a refund of stays of a month or more.
There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no
matter when the cancellation is declared.
If the same party makes another reservation within
sixty days of their cancellation, the forfeited deposit
will be applied to the new reservation.
There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows.
General Policies.
For everyone's health there is no smoking in the house.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, provided other
guests are not departing or arriving on your dates.
Any damages or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be
charged to the original credit card used at deposit.
Swimming is at your own risk
An inventory list is provided and reviewed with tenants at
check-in and check-out.
Pet-Friendly
We love dogs…. but only those under 25lbs are allowed.
There is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit required.
Proof of current vaccinations must be sent prior to arrival.
Groups
This home is a single-family dwelling in a quite and established,
residential neighborhood.
It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 8-9 people.
With respect for our neighbors, we do not allow large functions
or group gatherings of any kind.
Larger gatherings (10-15 people) with guests visiting the tenants
must be pre-
approved in writing by the owner.
It is intended for mature adults and families.
We do not rent to those under 25 years old, college groups,
or for bachelor parties.
