the beach and water. The surf is literally right outside the door.
Our large empty lots on one side gives you the privacy you seek and
the yard you want to play in. The house is open concept with 2
sleeping alcoves to sleep 7 comfortably. The bathroom, shower and
utility room are new. Enjoy the walls of windows facing the Gulf
allowing you panaramic views! This home is located on Bolivar
Peninsula in a quiet area of Gilchrist Texas. Their are only four
houses on this block to ensure you only hear the waves crashing, not
your neighbors! You can drive through Galveston, take the free ferry
then it's a quick 15 minute ride. Or drive from Houston through
Winnie to Hwy 87 and we are the first stop on the Peninsula.

watchers, you are in for a surprise! Bolivar celebrates Mardi Gras,
Crab Festival (Mothers Day weekend), 4th of July and New Years Eve
Fire Works. Then Galveston has attractions like Moody Gardens, The
Strand and Schlitterbon a hugh water park!!! Enjoy, let our town be
