The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, island and breakfast bar. HDTV, cable, DVD player and high speed internet connection in den make it easy to relax and stay connected. Pool, jacuzzi, and furnished lanai make the outdoors inviting for entertaining or relaxing. Master bedroom features a king sized bed, French doors onto the lanai, two closets (one a walk in), large bath
with walk in shower and soaking tub. Guest suite has queen bed, walk in shower with seat (helpful for those with disabilities), and third bedroom has twin beds. Third bath has a shower over tub. There is also an inflatable queen-sized boxspring/mattress for additional sleeping capacity in the den.

Grandezza is a gated community and offers unlimited golf on an 18
hole championship golf course, Har-Tru tennis courts, large
community pool, beautiful large clubhouse including several eateries
and numerous activities available with membership transfer.
Grandezza is a great location--you can reach the airport,
restaurants, and major shopping are all within 15 minutes without
having to get on crowded I-41 or I-75, though it is very close to
both. Five minutes from Miromar Outlets, 15 minutes from Coconut
Pointe, Grandezza is a great place to vacation.
