    This cozy cottage is situated on 5 scenic acres with frontage on Deep Lake, surrounded by  
gorgeous woods behind, and pristine Adirondack views abounding. 
 
    Enjoy the picturesque Deep Lake scenery from the living room overlooking the lake, where the  
views are unhindered. 
 
    Whether you enjoy hiking, fishing, canoeing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, mountain walks  
or quiet sunsets … this is the vacation get-away you’ve been dreaming of!  
No matter the season, memories will truly be made at Deep Lake Cottage!

•   North & South Lakes:  The 307-acre North Lake is the major source of the Black River.  
Averaging 18 ft deep, w/a max. depth of 50 ft, its shoreline is mostly forested. The bottom is  
strewn with rocks & huge boulders. The 486-acre South Lake is the second source of the Black River.  
It averages 25 ft deep and has a maximum depth of 60 ft. Its shoreline is moderately developed with  
private camps.  Key species: Tiger muskie, yellow perch, brook trout, lake trout, and brown  
bullhead.

Rent from Dec 1, 2007 - Mar 28, 2008 and enjoy the Cottage for the 
Entire Winter Season for    $2995 + utilities, or 
Half a Season Rental for    $1950 + utilities 
 
Spring Rates 
April 12, 2008 – June 20, 2008   $400 per week/$250 weekend 
 
Summer Weekly Rates 
June 21, 2008 – Sept 12, 2008   $475 per week  
 
Autumn Rates: 
Sept 13, 2008 - Nov 30, 2008    $400 per week/$250 weekend 
 
 
Security Deposit: $500 per week/weekend or $1000/season is due on  
booking please. 
 
No pets/No smoking please.
