The condo is split plan design for complete privacy (each guest suite is situated on either side of the unit).  The open plan Family Room has 2 large sumptuous sofas to relax on plus an additional leather recliner for extra comfort. There is a large plasma cable TV, DVD players & CD player/ipod docking station to really make you feel at home.  The Family Room overlooks the 4 seater Breakfast Nook and the open plan Kitchen area.

The spacious Master Suite has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower and twin basins.  The Guest Bedroom features Twin beds and its' own ensuite bathroom for complete privacy.  Each bedroom also has its' own flat screen cable TV & DVD player for extra entertainment options for all the family.

There is a private screened south facing lanai for you to relax on and enjoy the sun. Why would you want to stay in a stuffy hotel room when you can have your own spacious modern apartment for a lot less money?

Complex Facilities:

The expansive setting for Captains Bay is a combination of manicured gardens and protected mangroves. There is a lagoon running through the centre of the community where you may wish to fish. There are 2 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts exclusively for guests' use. The pools are heated during the winter months.  There is also a gas BBQ at the base of the building overlooking the lagoon for guests' use for al fresco cooking in the beach sunshine!

Surrounding area:
Shopping facilities and a walk-in medical centre are all within less than 5 minutes walking distance from the condo.  A selection of restaurants, pharmacy, post office and bars are also situated within 5 minutes' walking distance. Whether you're in the mood for a bite to eat and maybe a little dancing or just a simple drink whilst watching the spectacular sunsets; a relaxing time is just a few minutes' walk from your door. 

The stunning powder white sandy beach is straight across from the condo.  Known by the locals as 'Best Beach', at 1/4 mile wide it is the widest part of Fort Myers Beach on the entire island. The white sand stretches for a total of 7 miles along the length of the island.  The shore line is dotted with private cabanas for rent and a number of water activities for hire. Fort Myers Beach is perfect for
both families and couples looking for a laid back island atmosphere.

All rates are subject to 11% taxes + $100.00 exit clean

A $300.00 Damage Deposit is required, and returned after a positive
exit inspection.
