Nestled on a quiet street, this home is only a five minute walk to
the boardwalk with rides, arcades, miniature golf, bike rentals,
shops, and restaurants. The beach at this location has a lifeguard
during the summer months. You are only 20 minutes to Atlantic City
Casino and 40 minutes from Cape May. This is a great shore
location.

Minimum one week rental June through August. The lease must
be signed and returned with a 1/3 deposit within 7 calendar days of
the lease preparation date, to reserve your week(s). The balance is
due 45 days prior to your occupancy. There is a $500.00 security
deposit due with the final payment. Bank or certified checks only.
No personal checks.

Off-season rates (2 night minimum):
September: $450 per night thru 9/15 (3 night minimum Labor Day
weekend Sat/Sun/Mon nights), $400
per night thru 9/30
October: $375 per night
New Year's weekend: $400 per night (3 night minimum)
November thru March: $350 per night
April: $375 per night
May: $400 per night (3 night minimum Memorial Day weekend)
Families only - no students/senior week/prom week. Lessee must be
at least 25 years of age.
