bath, ground floor condo in Ocean and Racquet Resort. Just steps to the beach, distant ocean view 
from patio and park your car at the sliding door for convenience. The master bedroom offers a queen 
bed, while the second has a full bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, washer and 
dryer inside condo utility room, fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels are supplied. This is 
a non-smoking, no pet unit.

For your enjoyment, the condo complex has 2 outdoor pools with 1 olympic size and 1 heated for 
Winter, 5 jacuzzi buildings, restrooms, tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, grilling 
area, fishing ponds, miles of white sandy beach, and direct beach access via two boardwalks. Gated 
complex, 24-hour security guard. A large clubhouse is also available to rent for meetings, reunions 
or weddings.

Nearby downtown St. Augustine offers horse-drawn carriage rides, Lightner Museum, Potter's Wax 
Museum, Fountain of Youth, Flagler College, Limelight Theatre, Ghost Tours, St. Augustine Lighthouse 
and Museum, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Alligator Farm, Castillo De San Marcos, outlet mall shopping 
and much more.
