50% deposit is required upon the time of reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is due 30 days prior to
arrival. Your deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the
property after departure unless there are damages to the townhouse
or loss of any contents.
Cancellation & Return Policy: Refunds will be given for
cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations must be
sent in writing. NO refunds for early departures.
