We invite you to cozy up and indulge in our "Piece of Paradise" that we call SEASIDE SERENITY. Located just 65 yards from the breathtaking emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 1300 sq. ft., 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome is located at Southbay by the Gulf, one of Destin's most sought-after oceanfront "family friendly" resorts. Imagine... no streets or parking lots to cross... reserved parking for 2 vehicles by your very own front door... and enjoying 300 ft. of private white sandy beach! 

MASTER BEDROOM: Features a KING SIZE BED, walk in closet, cable TV/DVD, 2 night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, IPod docking station and private full bath with a tub/shower. Decorated in a cool blue beach decor.

SECOND BEDROOM: Features a QUEEN SIZE BED, cable TV/DVD, night stand with lamp, ceiling fan, large closet and nautical decor.

THIRD BEDROOM: Designed with kids in mind, features a BUNK BED with a SINGLE SIZE TOP BUNK, FULL SIZE LOWER BUNK and a SINGLE SIZE TRUNDLE that pulls out from under the lower bunk. There is also a TV/DVD, ceiling fan and closet. 

UPSTAIRS BATH: There is a full bath with tub/shower that is shared by the second and third bedrooms.

MAIN FLOOR FOYER: Walk from the parking area up a short walkway and enter through the front door into an inviting foyer. Off of the foyer is a closet, laundry area with a FULL SIZE WASHER and DRIER, ironing board and 1/2 BATH.

FAMILY ROOM: You will feel right at home and relaxed in our large corner SECTIONAL SOFA that seats 6. The sofa opens into a QUEEN SIZE BED. You will enjoy an oversized chair and ottoman that seats 2, a 32" FLAT SCREEN TV with remote, stereo with DVD and VCR, IPod docking station and wireless internet.

DINING AREA: Enjoy family dinners at a spacious wood table and chairs for 6. If you prefer to dine out, browse through our collection of area menus.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware and silverware for 12. You will be impressed with our assortment of utensils, platters, bowls, serving dishes and bakeware. Other amenities include: a blender, griddle, crock pot, grill utensils, toaster, coffee pot, ice maker, full size stove, oven, refrigerater/freezer and microwave. Just bring your favorite recipe!

Our "home-away-from-home" offers all of the comforts you could
ever wish for including wireless internet, central air and heat, 2 booster chairs, a pack-n-play (bring your own crib sheet and blanket), gas grill, beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand and pool toys. There is an air fill station located at the pool deck for inflatable pool and beach toys. All linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.   

During your visit, enjoy the colorful landscaping and the sunset from the beachfront gazebo just a 2 min. walk from your door. Our property offers 2 adult pools(4 feet deep to 7 feet deep), and 2 large (1 foot deep) kiddie pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, grills, 5-acre fresh water fishing lake stocked with fish for fishing (catch and release only). Children will enjoy
walks to the lake and feeding the many ducks and turtles. 

On site or nearby... beachside service for beach chairs and umbrellas,
swimming, tennis, golf, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, charters, jetskis,
parasailing, volleyball, hiking, wildlife viewing, biking, waterparks, boating,
surfing, shopping, restaurants, dolphin cruises, dinner cruises, sunset cruises,
beachcombing and breathtaking sunsets.

There is a $250 deposit required to confirm your reservation that converts to
a security deposit upon check-in. The deposit is refunded upon satisfactory condition of the townhouse at check-out.
