The community Pool is just steps away from the villa and includes a  
hot tub, workout room, pool table room, volleyball and covered  
cooking area. 
 
You will have full privileges at the Troon 27 hole Ocotillo Golf  
course, pro shop and resort restaurant.  50% discounts on golf fees

“Ocotillo Golf Club Course Review 
 
The drive up to the clubhouse is a foreshadowing of the round that  
awaits you. The signature hole is showcased on the right side as you  
enter the clubhouse. Sparkling water runs along the entire left side  
of the emerald fairway as it is fed by gigantic green-side cascading  
waterfalls.  
 
Managed by Troon Golf, Ocotillo Golf Resort adheres to the highest  
standards of course conditions, customer service and amenities,  
creating a country club experience at what has become known as one  
of the nation’s finest daily-fee facilities. The landscape  
throughout the 27 Hole Ted Robinson design is full of soothing rich  
greens and deep blues. Using many of his well-known trademarks in

Vacation Rental Amenities

The  house  is  fully furnished  with  AC, gas furnace, and three   
queen-size beds.  Appliances include a  refrigerator,  oven  with   
cooktop, dish-washer, garbage disposal,  microwave,  reverse- 
osmosis  drinking water supply, coffee maker,  blender and   
washer/dryer.   The house includes two  televisions with cable,   
BBQ,  CD/DVD  player and AM/FM stereo.  
 
The  10 foot  ceiling cover the entire villa,  which presents an  
open, spacious architecture - perfect for relaxing,  
mixing and eating with your family and guests.   Patio  furniture is  
included for  relaxing  while  enjoying  the  spectacular  desert 
sunsets.   
 
Of course,  all  utensils,  china, glassware, etc. are included.   
Just bring your golf clubs and suntan lotion!

Activities and Attractions

The Phoenix area enjoys mild, warm days - even in winter - that  
enable year-round outdoors  activities.   Golfing,  hiking,  
swimming,  
walking and bicycling opportunities are abundant.   
 
Ocotillo is close to the San Tan  mountains and all the parks,  
shopping, museums, theatres, restaurants and sporting events of 
Chandler and the greater Phoenix area.   It is also within minutes of 
the Springfield Lakes, Bear Creek, Trilogy and  Ocotillo golf  
courses.   A short drive takes you to Scottsdale and  downtown  
Phoenix.   The beautiful town of Sedona, the Grand Canyon and the  
Gulf of California (Mexico)  are all possible day trips.   It is   
even  possible  to go snow skiing in the winter, as Flagstaff is  
approximately 2.5 hours away! Tempe,  Sun Devil Stadium,  America  
West Arena  and many  golf courses are all within a short drive.  
Watch your favorite baseball team during Spring training, as many  
teams practice and play in the area. 
 
For Local attractions, Chandler has the Center for the Arts, a world- 
class facility located in its historic district, which showcases  
talents from the opera, jazz musicians, plays and well known  
headliners.  The Kids will want to go to Hamilton Aquatics Center,  
named the "2001 Outstanding Facility" by Arizona Parks and  
Recreation, Which has a zero depth play pool, current river, two  
water slides and an 8-lane competition pool.

Weekly Rates: 
  - January through April      $1500/week OR $1350 FOR 6 NIGHTS 
  - May through October      $1000/week 
  - November                      $1100/week 
  - December                      $1200/week 
 
      
Rates above  include utilities. A cleaning fee of $60 will be  
assessed for each rental term.  
 
50% of rent is due to lock your reservation, and the balance is due  
30 days prior to your arrival date.
