Vacation Rental Description

Two story single family home, located just a 2 minute walk to 
beautifully white sandy beach. Master Bedroom has King size bed, 2nd 
bedroom has Queen size bed and third bedroom has Twin beds, all with 
outside balconys. Every bedroom has its own cable TV.  Large porches 
are located on both levels with wonderful views.  Outdoor area under house
great for large bar-b-queing.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central heat and air, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, full 
complement of dishes and pots and pans, cable TV, Wireless internet,
 washer-dryer, fish cleaning area, linens furnished, outside grill and much more.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, boating, sailing, kyacking, canoeing, horse back riding,
swimming, golfing, scalloping (in season), birding, shelling 
(excellent), long quiet walks on beautiful white sandy beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

January 1 thru December 31 - $1,000/Week - Holiday weeks $200 - extra
Monthly Rates are available - May thru September $3,500/Month
October thru April $3,000/Month. Refundable deposit of $300
required on monthly rental.
We rent Saturday to Satuday on weekly rentals.
Also have some three and four day specials, per request.
