Other seasons- weekend or weekday/ or combination. Holidays- three night minimum.

Midwest  Magaizine has written Saugatuck is one of the hot spots! The famed Oval beach is in Saugatuck.

The pool is loacted behind the fencend in yard secured by a chain fence with key access.

  The IN GROUND POOL is behind fenced yard. The pool shared with 3 homes, but guest prefer the great beach with its while sand, sand dunes,  picnic tables, showers, restaurant, grills and miles of great walking on a clean sandy beach.We have a picnic basket- beach towels and chairs ready for your day in the sun.

But, the area is not only for summer, there are three other seasons with plenty to do and enjoy. Lots of winter sports besides two wood burning fireplaces. time to relax and enjoy enjoy eqach other.

But, here's more  about the summer---walk through the lush landscape to the sititng front porch. Open the front door to a holiday picture
setting, living room with lush queen sofa sleeper and wood burning fireplace, wide screen TV. See the dining room with its beautiful chandlier, china cabinet and table/chairs. Step into the granite
counter kitchen with its breakfast bar, up scale appliances, including- a cappucino maker, ice cream maker,Italian dishes, stainless steel pots/pans, in addition to the basic kitchen amenities. We
spared no expenses stocking this home!

See the family room off the kitchen.It boats a comfy queen sleeper, wide screen TV, D.V.D- stereo and is a favorite of teens. The room opens up to the spacious 30 X 22 blue stone patio.

The 32 x 22 master bedroom is a wonder with its CA king bed, full bath, suite with sofa, 
furniture, wide screen TV, DVD, wood burning fireplace, office, Internet, fax. The slider door opens
to the patio with stainless steel gas grill , lawn furniture, table, umbrella/chairs/ private gardens/ fenced yard/ sand box.
The second bedroom holds a double bed within its faux painted walls, ,with custom made bedspread/ 
window coverings. The hall has a full bath. There is a laundry room with upscale washer/ dryer.

Don't worry, is plenty of closet space with extra pillows/blankets/ sheets. Fluffy towels are
provided, as is shampoo,soap, condiments and more. We even have beach towels, beach chairs, picnic bag and lawn toys,iron/ board. Air blow up queen bed with legs.

Reading books for your enjoyment while siting in one of the private gardens under a mature oak tree.

The home is built on the site of the former Saugatuck high school, close to all activities, but yet, in a very quiet residential area. The house is your to enjoy with a special someone or family.

Laugh at rubber duck in the shower with you! Relax in the tub with the bubble bath provided for 
you. Sit outside at night on the patio, listening to the stereo siping wine after grilling out doors. Two miles down Blue Star Hwy. is a full service wine/ liquor / grocery store. There is also a video store with the latest movies for rental..

famous Oval Beach with its cat tails, white sand dunes, grills, miles of walking sand and beaches,
showers, restaurant. Take the oily working chain ferry (within walking distance from the house) in
the mid west to get to Oval beach or drive,only four minutes from the house.Climb Mout Baldie- we
dare you- all 136 steps. Dont worry- there are resting spots along the way up. What a spectacular
view from the top. Dont forget youir camera! check out the local gym .
augatuck is a upsacle area. Stroll down the longest boardwalk on Lake Michigan with ice cream/
chocolates/ root beer float from Kilwins and view the yachts. Browse the diverse stores.
Dine along the water, upsacle to take out fods menus avialable. Go antiquing. Visit the Holland Dutch
Village and more.
Go wine tasting, take a dinner cruise, golf the three premier courses, play tennis, spend a day at
the spa. Hike it he woods. Take a dune buggy ride, play tennis. Chater a fishing boat- rent your own!
