This 2 story, 3 bedroom, beachfront vacation home is located in
exclusive neighbourhood where many Canadians and Americans come back
year after year. An easy 5 minute drive from the fishermen village
of Chicxulub, 10 from Progreso and 35 from Mérida.
Accommodates up to 5 people.
The home has a very charming décor and plenty large windows which
assure a cool breeze throughout the day. It features two large
terraces one in the front and another one in the back, both of them
furnished properly so at any time of the day or with whatever wind
condition, there is someplace nice to hang out.
If you’re looking for some privacy and a time of your own or just
chilling out, the back area of the house is the perfect place to do
so, it features a partly covered terrace with a lounge area and the
pool. Rest assured you’ll have enough tanning area.
Downstairs features the living room, dining room, fully equipped
kitchen, bath and both terraces on the front. Upstairs’ Oceanfront Master
bedroom features a double bed and full bathroom. Oceanfront
bedroom with a twin bed. Third Bedroom with back view and 2 twin beds.
Public transportation goes by behind the house (400mts) every 20 minutes
towards Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida and Telchac. However, having a
car would be more comfortable.
The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there
most of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat,
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.

-1 w/ two twin beds, full bathroom, back balcony.
-1 w/ twin bed, shared bathroom, beachfront.

2 large furnished terraces, pool and lounge chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cooking and
serving utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.
Linens, hammock, blankets and towels provided.

Kayaking, snorkelling, seashelling, exotic birdwatching.
In the area:
Beach club where you can take wind/kite surf and sailing lessons and
has a delicious restaurant.
Fishing and scuba diving can be arranged in Chicxulub with the local
fishermen.
Mayan ruins.

December 15th till January 5th - $630 USD per week
