vacation rental description
Relax, Reflect, and Recharge are the words to express the aura of this
secluded, 7 acre retreat that is surrounded with mature hardwood
trees, as well as open pasture, nestled on a deep water, open cove.
You'll immediately begin winding down as you enter Stagecoach Road,
that was originally used in the 1800's to cross the river. It has
been maintained in it's original state, and it initiates your
peaceful adventure to experience nature and the lake, at your desire.
"Rocky's Run" will allow you to take a breath, open a bottle of
complimentary Lake Anna Wine, and catch the magnificent sunsets.
With our cottage-like accommodations, complete with 2 bedrooms, 1
bath, w/d, fireplace, direct tv/xm radio with surround sound, dvd
library, and a fully equipped kitchen, you will feel right at home.
Enjoy the gas grill and pic-nic table, while listening to songbirds
on our feeders, or catch a glimpe of an occassional wild turkey,
or deer passing through.
Our gazebo deck is another sanctuary for relaxing. Fire up the
chiminea, watch for bald eagles and fall asleep in the lounge chairs
as the enchanting sounds of nature intoxicate you.
If boating, swimming or fishing is to your liking, walk our gentle,
sloping trail to the boathouse with a screened in porch, with ceiling
fan, refridgerator and hammock. Watch for beaver, ducks, geese, and
herons. Find that huge cat-fish that always eludes our lure. Night-
time in the screened porch exemplefies the romance of this rental
and the lake.
Don't miss this opportunity to experience what so many renters
desire.....a chance to rejuvinate your body and soul.
By the way, full moons rising, sunsets, and stars you've never seen
before, are absolutely no charge!
