The 3 bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, full equipped kitchen, living room and
dinning room bring a comfortable space for up to a group of 8-10
people.

The patio with Jacuzzi, palapa and chair set, also the easy access
to the beach are ideal for a rest and enjoinment of their occupants.

Rates direct with owners:
Special Season Rate:
-Day rate 300 USD
-Week rate 1600 USD
-Month rate 3,000 USD

-Security deposit 300 USD (it’s required, totally refundable)
-Optional Jacuzzi use 200 USD (additional)

Minimum days for rent: 3 or 2 with extra charge 50.00 USD for
cleaning
service.
In 3 or more days, the Cleaning service are included in the day rate.
