gated community overlooking the Gulf of Mexico on Tigertail Beach. 
This immaculate condo is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath in a well maintained  
building.  From the balcony one has a direct view of the beautiful   
ocean and the sunny Florida sky. The sunset each night is  
magnificent.  The grounds are tropical and beautifully landscaped. 
The condo is beautifully decorated and offers all the comforts of  
home. There are water views from each room in this beautiful  
condominium!  
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioned condo also offers in each room an overhead fan for  
great movement of air when one wishes to enjoy the fresh air without  
air conditioning. Tv's in each BR and Livingroom. DVD, VCR, Stereo,  
Microwave, Glass top Stove, imported Italian tile throughout, walk  
in shower in master bath, soft leather couches in very subtle hues  
to coordinate with carefully chosen furniture. The master bedroom  
offers a comfortable king size bed, night tables, desk, chair, double 
dresser and mirror.  The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds, a 
nightstand, a double dresser, mirror desk and chair. There is a table, 
chairs and a lounge chair on the balcony which overlooks the pool and 
faces directly out to the ocean and beach! 
The condo is fully equipped.  Included are:  cookware, serving  
pieces, all dinnerware, flatware, drinking glasses, coffee maker,  
teakettle,blender, slow cooker, pannini maker, toaster oven, towels, 
linens, beach towels  
and chairs.  

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy your private white sand beach or your beautiful in ground  
pool. For the tennis lover there are 10 clay tennis courts and 2  
hard surface courts for your use.  There  are boat docks for the  
boat enthusiast and there are lots lf lovely walkways for an evening  
stroll on the grounds.  There is a fully equipped gym for all to  
enjoy.There are many nearby golf courses.  Nearby, one can find  
sightseeing tours, airboat rides in the Everglades, shelling on the  
white sandy beach, swimming in the pool or at the beach, biking,  
long walks or a good run on the miles of white sandy beach. Also  
nearby nature walks and trails, zoo, rafting, kayaking, rafting, 
sailing, water skiing, para sailing, jet skiing, snorkeling,  
diving, windsurfing, biking, fishing, golfing, tennis,mini golf,
