Beautiful home/cabin, set on the side of a hill, with beautiful
views out most windows of the pines and valley. Multiple decks,
with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and sitting areas. Fenced play
area with large play structure.

The home is very child-proof, with gates at the stairways and fenced
play areas outside. There is a private playstructure in the backyard, but also one for the private
community just a block away in a private park.

Very well-stocked kitchen, just about everything you could imagine.
Laundry room upstairs. Fireplace in the living room/kitchen and in
the master bedroom/master bathroom.

Bring your ATV's and be ready to play on the trails accessible from
the cabin!

Check out time is 11am, check in time is 4pm. If there are other
requests, we can possibly arrange for other check-out/check-in times.

The following holidays come as packages:
Memorial Day = 3 nights for $1125, Labor Day - 3 nights for $1125, July 4th, if included in a
weekend is $1125, otherwise July 4th would be a 2 day minimum @ $700.
Thanksgiving package includes checkin Wed. checkout Sunday for $1400.00.

Note, when considering holiday rates, look at the weekly rates, as it isn't a significant increase
to have the cabin for a whole week.
